Luyimbazi Godfrey

Director

Buloba Christian High School is a Christian-founded institution. However, it embraces all other religions and faiths hence an environment with freedom of worship. The Institution provides an affordable fee structure to the learners providing education to all students. The school has a formidable staff with a rich academic experience and state-of-the-art classrooms for both Arts and Science students. Our school has a good working relationship with Lubiri Secondary School where I first worked as a Director of Studies before starting up in 2015. It is also well-linked to Mengo S.S, Makerere College, and Kibuli Demonstration School. We are academically excelling at both “O” and “A” levels since our inception and our “A” level students have are joining public and private universities on both government and private sponsorship. Our school motto: “We work for Success” School Vision: “To build a generation which fears and respects God” School Mission: “To equip learners with basic skills of self- reliance, creativity and willingness to work” Objectives: 1. To build generations which is morally and spiritually upright. 2. To provide high quality education at an affordable cost. We are proud of: a) A state of the art infrastructure, well aerated for a good academic environment, a well-stocked science and computer laboratory. b) Spacious dormitories for our students c) A sitting nurse and a visiting doctor to handle our students’ health. d) Both underground (Borehole) and National water system for our school assisted by Trucks to carry water in the dry seasons. We cannot hesitate to ask you bring to your child to Buloba Christian High School.

Tamale Stewart

Director of Studies

It is not easy to sum up all what BCHS is about in a few words. The reason as to why our school is the best is that every learner is handled individually, you know every learner is unique and at our Institution, I am determined that we treat each learner as an individual and therefore our exceptional staff team can tailor our teaching to get the best out of every learner in the school. I believe that our learners will continue to flourish and become citizens who reach their full potential and are ready to go into the world and make positive contribution to the common good and social justice. The school environment is conducive to cater for every learner. The physical setup is well equipped with a full furnished computer laboratory with WIFI, school library, classes and dormitories providing a good living to our students. We have also enhanced our learners with other skills through the New curriculum that is to say; Art and Design skills, Entrepreneurship skills, communication skills and among others like Music Dance and Drama, Patriotism, Scouting and environmental behavior producing an upright generation. At BCHS we teach the effective, cognitive and more importantly the “Soul” special thanks goes to our Head of Religious Affairs who have managed to cater for every religion not only Christianity but also the Islamic faith. With all that; it’s the reason why we prove to outstand in our region and even beyond the horizon.

Head Teacher

I am so humbled and honored to speak to you via this Platform through our Lord Jesus Christ and Asalam Aleikum to our Moselm brothers and sisters. Buloba Christian High School has spent 9 years of existence, it’s a Christian founded school however, we welcome all the faiths. Our Institution is a well - mixed day and boarding school. I thank the board of governors, departmental heads, teachers, parents and students for the effort they tirelessly put towards the success of our school. I also thank the former Head Teacher of our Institution for the positive contribution towards the success of the school, for the foundation she put in place during her time still stands. The school shined in 2023 UCE and UACE exams. Our students managed to score 39 first grade and 44 second grades. in UACE our own Kawuma Edward got 19 points in PEM/ subsidiary ICT (3BAA), Seguya Michael got 19 points in HED/ICT (3BAA) and Nandugga Sophia 18 points in HED/ICT (3BBA). I therefore thank everyone who worked tirelessly towards the success of our students. It’s with that starting with this year I decided to award our best students who sat Senior Four with Full bursaries to continue with their education at Buloba Christian High School and even monetary prices of Two Million shillings and One million five hundred thousand shillings for those Advanced Level students of 19 and 18 points respectively. Apart from Academics the school also emphasizes co-curricular activities to equip students not only with class room knowledge but also with outside knowledge in order to enable them earn the skills needed to succeed in this competitive world. The school provides enough time and other requirements needed by the students to discover their hidden talents through clubs like the Debating, Interact, Music Dance and Drama and Scripture Union club among others. We also teach the students the importance of hard work, humbleness, patience, self- esteem, leadership skills in order to help them become all round so that they can successful in this ever changing world. Students. The school administration, teachers and the PTA works hand in hand towards the success of our learners and the whole institution.
